After much consideration, I have decided to start making jerseys for the community, and will be taking requests on fantasy jerseys 
Like other jersey makers, I am going to be strict on the requests.
1. The requests muct be set out in the following format:
Main Sponsor:
Secondary Sponsor:
Equipment Sponsors:
Additional Sponsors (Max. 3):
Colours (Max. 3):
Jersey Style (e.g. inspired by another jersey?):
2. I will only be doing a maximum of 5 requests at a time. I don't want all my free time being taken up by making jerseys. I will have an updated schedule on this page.
3. I won't do your request if you have asked for it in another thread. I have found out for myself how much time and effort goes into making the jerseys, so please don't do multiple requests and waste everyone's time
4. The final one is a simple one. Please be patient. I am new to jersey making, so at first the requests might take a while

@tovhol: Request away  I have now put up a small gallery of my work so far
@luigi: If he has stopped his requests, and has not begun working on your request then yes that is fine. I just mentioned the rule to stop people multi posting, hoping that it will be done quicker

Actually, I just noticed that you are doing the jerseys in 2010 style... The Sponsor placement has changed in 2011... Maybe this might help with the orientation and placement:

Im pretty sure I answered this question 300 times by now But the clsoest you can get is this:
The closest you will get to it is this option:
Filters->Distorts->Curve Bend
But it doesnt work that well n gim. I just have them go straight at an angle so it looks only slightly worse that a shirt that was made in PS...

@tovhol: yeah thats fine! I presume that the Sponsors, colours etc are the same as Sky's current ones?
