Dont drink underage
Yeah, its possible.
Also note, this is can viewed as a tough one 
Rules:
1 Drink everytime you win a Stage
2 Drinks for 2nd on a stage
3 Drinks for 3rd
4 for 4
5 for 5
6 for 6th,7th,8th,9th,10th
2 Drinks for 1st in Points, KoM, Youth and Team
3 Drinks for 1st in GC
Drink every time Cya-logic shows up
Every month change, keep drinking until the new day loads
Every year change, keep drinking until the new year loads
After the WC RR and ITT, 1 drink for every letter in the winners surname
At the end of the season, divide the CQ winners (do individual, team and nation separately) points by 10. Drink that number
Rules can be removed at discretion, of course.
Feel free to suggest more

What you are promoting here, my friend, is alcoholism... PCM is a single player game and thus not very social... And you dont wanna play drunk online, since thatll build the foundation for great embarrassment...

(seriously, getting plastered everyday means that you are a student. Coming up with Single Player Drinking games means that you are a borderline alcoholic already (If i remember right you are in first year college) and should may be hit up a local AA-Meeting instead of the local Public House...)
