Transfer Sheet Guide
These transfer sheets are very important - you need to use them to keep track of your transfer dealings. Not only will you need to send your completed files to me once the transfers end, but it should also be used to keep track of your transfers, to make sure that you are staying within both your budget and salary cap.
If at any time during the transfers I am concerned by your actions - I will ask for your transfer sheet - and there will be consequences if you don't then show me it, or if it is inaccurate.
A badly kept renewals file has in the past led to teams ending transfers having spent more than their salary cap - and of course, the penalty for that is losing your most expensive rider (in terms of wage) who you brought into your team during transfers.
Top Rows
These will show you what your balance is like throughout transfers. You will need to place your initial budget into cell K2, and any fine from renewals into K3.
Team
Every rider who ride for your team in races in 2013 should go here. You can start by inserting all riders you currently own. Any free agents you buy only need to be placed in this section.
Riders of yours who are loaned out DO need to go in this section, with the amount of wage that you are paying him.
Loans
This section will help you keep track of the new loan cap for all teams. All loans related to your team - both in and out - need to go in here.
Trades
This is where you make a note of any trades you participate in during this transfers. This could be buying a rider, selling a rider, a loan deal, sacking a rider etc.
All transfer fees are placed in this section, as well as details such as clauses associated with a loan.
The file gives space for 15 riders in the loans section, and 20 in the trades section. This should be enough for all teams, but is not a maximum limit - you can include more - but if you do include more then you will need to update the Balance value in cell C3.
Training
The training system has already been announced, and you can plan out which training options you want to go for in this section.
Wildcards
For PCT teams, you can use the file to select your wildcard options. Grand Tours and Monuments will have 2 wildcard teams per race, while all other races will have 1.
Buying a wildcard category will allow you to apply for all races in that category. If you do not received a wildcard to a race in that category when wildcards are decided, you will be refunded.

Small question: Do we have to update it with every bid we make or with every sealed deal?

You only send in the file after transfers.
But yes, it is a very good idea to constantly update it. Otherwise you can easily get carried away, lose track, and spend more money than you have

Where should we note that a rider is a stagaire, and is there any order you have to keep? (highest wage #1 or something)

Order it however you like.
Stagiares will be pretty obvious because theyll have a wage below 50k - just treat them as you would a normal free agent. But you dont have to worry about them until the 2nd half of transfers!

One issue in the case of a new team the value to place in the Renewals Fine is 0 € right?
And in my case after placing the initial budget, it gives me error in the Balance column

Obviously!
And if you just typed in the number, I dont see why there should be a problem.

Important If you are loaning out a rider and still paying some of his wage - he needs to go in the 'Team' section of the file still.
Include his name, how much of his wage you are paying for him, and write "OUT" in the Loan In column

If you consider your transfer season to be done, then send in your transfers file to the SN-ManGame account.
Will help to quicken things up if some of them are checked before transfers ends

does it matter if I added an extra column to it? it helped me to have the race days of each rider on there aswell so I knew how many race days they have in total but if it's a problem then I can remove it when it's ready to be sent back to you.
