ADIRA are an innovative engineering company that lead the Iberian Peninsula in the manufacture of hydraulic bending and cutting machines for sheet metal work. They are the only Iberia-wide company that design, manufacture and sell laser cutting machines, as technological demonstrators in that area of business. Founded in 1956, they started exporting in 1967 to Holland and Switzerland and in 1968 attended, for the first time, an international fair, in Germany. Their exports increased rapidly and consistently and, in 1994, ADIRA became the first European manufacturers to gain an ISO 9000 certificate, and the first in the world to gain EC certification for their whole range of products. ADIRA solutions are used in such varied areas of business as the automotive and aeronautical industries, naval shipyards, telecommunications, computers, renewable energies, metal and office furniture, design articles, metal constructions, cutlery, lifts and domestic electrical appliances. ADIRA are present throughout the world and business partners of institutions and companies such as NASA, Boeing, Lockheed, Bombardier, OGMA, TAP Portugal, Air France, Vulcano, Salvador Caetano, Metalogalva, Galucho, Martifer, Leci-Trailer, Zamarbu, Siemens, Motorola, Efacec, Alfa Laval, Thyssen, Carrier, the US Navy and Casa Branca, and a large number of other smaller and larger companies. More than 70 per cent of ADIRA machines are destined for the international market, being exported to Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.

Great, another guy to keep the national championship away from me at the end of the season...

Just kidding. Welcome to the Man-Game mate Wink Maybe we can work some deals between the 2 of us. Otherwise I'll see you in Vitor Rodrigues & co. transfer threads.

Thanks...
agreements are a possibility .... maybe to relieving of some guys, my team is not going to focus only in Portuguese.
But of course if possible Vitor Rodrigues would be a good signing for the team

After a few attempts I decided to get me through these two versions. Now I would like to get some opinions on which of the two we choose ...

Outstanding work, those look great. I think I prefer the firs one, even though it kinda resembles a yellow jersey special edition, but both of them are great.

Beautiful work on both helmets and bikes, your team will undoubtedly look fantastic. You've probably set the standard for this season.

As for which bike, I prefer the black version Smile

I like the first, predominately gold version. Good luck!

Thanks guys for your comments regarding the road frame. I decided to opt for the first, and as such also did a tt version. I'm not totally satisfied with the end result but also no longer see how to improve it.

Press Conference

A few days after the announcement of targets for next season, the team decided to reveal names of some potential targets for the next transfer market.
The team manager firstly revealed that taking into account the objectives chosen, the highest priority would go to hiring a sprinter. The names of Oscar Avelino, and Danilo Kupfernagel were therefore the first to be revealed. The German road champion, Dietmar Mehr-Wenige and the Portuguese Hernani Broco and Ricardo Mestre, were the names that followed. Many people were surprised when the name of Pieter Weening was revealed, the manager then announced the names of some young cyclists who hopes to see evolve in his team. The Portuguese Rafael Silva, Ricardo Ferreira, Fabio Silvestre, the Frenchman Pierre-Henri Lecuisinier, the Germans Yuiry Vasiylev and Michel Koch are some of these names.
The press conference ended with the manager saying that even though be difficult to get some of these cyclists will do everything to be able to hire as many as possible. And that those who want to expect a tough battle for its hiring.

You named a large portion of my shortlist, although Lecuisinier would probably be loaned out if I got him to get him up two levels. You should get a few of those though. Wink

fintas
I hope to get some of these names or my plan begins immediately become more complicated. Still many others names were yet to reveal

Lecusinier and the Germans will be heavily targeted by some nationalistic teams in higher divisions Wink
