Hi, My name is Elvir Pantarolo.
I am from German-speaking Switzerland. I was born in 1991 in a hospital not far from the Swiss Alps. I decided to start this blog because I wanted to get my name out in the world not only by doing well in races but by writing a record breaking blog that a lot of people will read. Now onto the important stuff.
I have been scouted by a world tour team that will be very supporting. We are lead by one rider in particular who is trying also break a record. The team's main sponsor is from Switzerland and was very happy when one of their scouts found me. The team is
Coming up next is our first training camp and the team preview.

The First Training Camp
Okay now you know the whole team, and btw I am a Protected Rider just in case you were looking. I am now going to tell you about the training camp we are on at the moment. It is in Switzerland in the Swiss Alps. Our hotel is very nice and must have been very expensive. We were split into 2 groups. 1 for the sprinters and 1 for the climbers/tour riders. The sprinters would go up the hill a lot slower then the climbers would (as you should all know).
This is our hotel. Right in the middle of the mountains.
This is what we found on the front door. Our groups and Room numbers.
The Sprinters group:
Greg Van Avermaet | | Room 1 | Alessandro Ballan | | Room 2 | Alexander Kristoff | | Room 3 | Marcus Burghardt | | Room 4 | Danilo Wyss | | Room 5 | Karsten Kroon | | Room 6 | John Murphy | | Room 7 | Taylor Phinney | | Room 8 | Ivan Santaromita | | Room 9 | Simon Zahner | | Room 10 |
Martin Kohler | | Room 1 | Michael Schar | | Room 2 | Jeff Louder | | Room 3 | Chris Barton | | Room 4 | Elie Delplace | | Room 5 | Chad Beyer | | Room 6 | Christopher Butler | | Room 7 | Brent Bookwalter | | Room 8 |
The Climbers group:
Cadel Evans | | Room 1 | Amael Moinard | | Room 2 | Steve Merabito | | Room 3 | George Hincapie | | Room 4 | Mauro Santambrogio | | Room 5 | Elvir Pantarolo | | Room 6 | Mathias Frank | | Room 7 | Johann Tschopp | | Room 8 | Yannick Eijssen | | Room 9 | Timothy Roe | | Room 10 |
The next day we went for a ride and I was the youngest rider in the climbers group. We took turns at riding on the front going up the mountains and Evans said he would give me advice at the end of the ride.
What Cadel said:
He said that I was on the front for to long and if I did that in a race I would drop soon after I got of the front. He also said that I have quite a lot of power in my legs fro a climber so I should use that to my advantage. He also said that I was young and that I would learn most of this from experience.
I am taking all this in and I will do a lot better tomorrow, I hope. I will post the objectives and my race schedule in the coming posts
Seeya then

My Schedule
Race | | Stages | Objective | | | | | Trofeo Mallorca | | 5 days | Help the Leader | GP di Luguno | | 1 day | Top 10 | Strade Bianchi | | 1 day | Top 10 | Volta a Catalunya | | 7 days | Help the Leader | Vuelta al Pais Vasco | | 6 days | Help the Leader | Tour of Turkey | | 8 days | Top 5 | Tour of California | | 8 days | Help the Leader | GP Gippengen | | 1 day | Top 10 | National Championships | | 1 day | Top 5 | Brixia Tour | | 5 days | Top 3 | Vuelta a Burgos | | 5 days | Top 3 | GP de Quebec | | 1 day | Top 20 | GP de Montreal | | 1 day | Top 20 | World ITT Champs | | 1 day | Get into the race | Japan Cup | | 1 day | Top 20 | Total | 52 Race Days |
As you can see I start of my season with quite a hard race the Trofeo Mallorca. I will be there as a team mate and maybe get in 1 or 2 of the breakaways. After that we have a couple of 1 day races which are the GP di Luguno and the Strade Bianchi. The Volta a Catalunya is next up which will be my 2nd longest stage race of the year. I will again be helping the leader. The same goes for the Vuelta al Pais Vasco and the Tour of California. My first race as a leader is the Tour of Turkey. I am hoping to get a top 5 spot there.
After my break i go onto a few more races which one of them is the Brixia Tour. Here I want to get a top 3 overall. All of the final races I will be helping the leader of the team. I am hoping to get into the Swiss Team for the World TT Championships as that will be a huge success for me in my first season as a pro.
Bye For Now

I have been planning this since I scouted him in a BMC career that I was playing just for fun. I got him at 69 mountains, hills, tt and prologue and a week or 2 he was 70 all round. The next year at the giro he won a stage by 7 minutes and then I knew that I would love to do a story on him so here I am.
I need to finish of a custom db that I am making but I will do the preview and all that. If someone knows the team Atlas Personal - Jakroo then can you please make me the jersey for the team. I would do it myself but I don't have any time. Can you please pm it to me when you finish it.
Thanks

I know I am Swiss but I think this is a good race to blog. The Australian championships are were we find out who will were the sacred green and gold for the rest of the season. The favourite for the race is our own Cadel Evans. He will be getting the help from our young rider Timothy Roe.
The Race
Going up the first climb this was the image.
With 4 laps to go Evans attacked out of the group.
With 10km to go Evans had 5 minutes on Goss.
Here it is, the finish with Evans the one who gets to celebrate.
That is it. Evans gets the jersey.
Results
That is all you need to see. Evans smashed the Aus champs and had no challengers. He will not race now until Paris-nice. I will be racing in the Trofeo Mallorca in about a month.

Thanks for the support guys. I will tell you that this is a story that I have been playing and I am in season 2014 so you may see a few new jersey's. Pantarolo is also the Swiss NC which he won ahead of Cancellara. Gerrans is the world champion which Cancellara won in 2012 and came 2nd in 2013 to Gerrans.
Thanks
