After downloading, installing and applying several updates (including a pcm.dailiy patch) when I go to 3D race, the bikes and helmets are missing.
Re-applied the original database - no problems. Then changed back over to one of the downloaded patches - still the same (bikes and helmets missing).
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
I noticed a similar thread (highlighting this issue) from an earlier version of pcm but couldn't see any for 12. |

There are patches and there are also packs.
You should install in this order:
- Game
- Patch
- Pack
But I guess you just installed the pack into the wrong folder. The path should be about here C:/program files/ (just look for a file called pcm.exe)
The easiest solution would be to uninstall the game and then install as mentioned above.
This would be the patch (in case you have not bought your game through steam): https://pcmdaily.c...hp?did=880

Thanks for the advice...will have another look tonight. Yeah, I bought the actual game, rather than downloading it.
Just noticed earlier threads with lots of people highlighting similar problem....seems like quite a common issue.

Not to be a pest, but could you also recommend a pack to download...I've re-installed the game and patch (listed above) so far.
Thanks in advance |

if you already downloaded the pack, then you just have to install it correctly. Of course you can download any other pack. But it is almost impossible to give recommendations, you might want to read the description of the packs to see what features you please more. |

Think I've managed to work out where I may have gone wrong the first time....the pack that I downloaded and installed previously appears to have been an updated pack to a previous expansion pack version. If I didn't have the earlier version, this may have caused the issue the first time.
Cheers for your help. Hopefully that's it this time. |
