By linking his psp to the computer he managed to put Lance Armstrong back in the game using the PCM Kicker NG. He didnt do many big experiments yet, but it may be possible to put new riders, team etc. in the game.
If you link the PSP to the computer, these maps will appear.(see link) So the pictures are saved as .VPI-files. And god may know which program to use to put for instance a new rider picture in it.
