Moved to PCM12 as it is obviously a PCM12 issue and no PCM11 one.
Just downloaded the file from the downloads here and had no problems.

I am just confused in the patch dowlnoad it did not say to run first patch 1.1.3.0, but in roturn link there must be first 1.1.3.0 patch before running the set up patch 1.2.0.0. Which do I follow? thanks |

It's not corrupted. If it's corrupted at your end, download it again. If it still doesn't work, use a download manager. |
