I've just bought the game - do I need to download all patches or is the other patches included in this one? :-/

You have to install the other patches before you install the last one.

I think it just does at automatically, but I'm not a tech genius on PCM Wink

When i got 11 it asked if I wanted to download the last patch, the others are with the game I think.

Yes it does automaticly. I bought the game yesterday and it works fine. It automaticly gives you the message to install the updates.

The one uploaded to this site contains all the edits from previous patches too.
