PCM France DB comes back this year.
With a lot of features and changes in the DB.

For people who doesn't want to keep jerseys of Tour de France 2012, I made an exe file, install it and you will have the basic 2012 jerseys.

Installation :

-Download the exe file, double click on this file and follow instructions (Be careful for the directory name Season 2012 instead Saison 2012 etc...)
-When the installation is finished, launch the game, go to the options, and select DB : PCMFrance_DB_V2

No it's good now, delette the Local.cdb and reput the new if it's still crash.
