For some bizzare reason everytime I try to open PCM11 it seems to load up with a white screen flashing (which is normal) and then it disappears.. and I can try over and over again all to the same result.
I have checked my folders and everything seems to be intact and normal, so i dont understand the reason behind this error, especially as there is no error message at all.

A similar thread, except that he had an error message, but it might work.
(There are also other threads with people who had problem starting the game, even on the first page, all of them were solved, so maybe your answer's there too)

I just tried that and it didnt work.
I have looked at most of the solutions, yet most of the problems have error messages and are solved by moving the PCM file etc.
I am reluctant to try and reinstall the game but I will backup my files and do so if there is not other solution.

Uninstalling the game does not delete your files like saves and so on.
But if you really deleted the files in APPDATA and it did not help, then maybe the error is in your files and you have to remove them anyway.
So if the re-installation does not work, then try this: Rename the pcm2011 folder in my documents and start the game.
BTW: During deinstalling the game, don't de-activate the game. (Also don't re-activate during installation.)
