I had to reset my PC to factory defaults, so I had to install PCM again.
But when I start up the game, I need to login with my account, but there are only two option: create a new profile, or profile recovery.
How can I log in with my old profile?

You have already said it...
I guess you must choose profile recovery if you want to play with old one...

Always select "Create a new profile" and type in the information from the old profile. Then you will log in at your old profile.
