What's up with England, especially Chelsea. It looks like they have a plan with the national team of Belgium, since they're buying everyone on it!
PS. Kompany is awesome!

Yeah, I'm not so sure either
No that's typical Belgium: great, great players, but they always suck when they're playing for the National Team.
They're much better in their usual teams, though. |

Indeed. Belgium lacks attackers. Awesome defense and midfielders though (not talking about yesterday, just generally) Kompany, Vermaelen, Vertonghen... (and don't forget Courtois) |

We should stop changing GK every match, just Courtois (Youngest and best) in every match than he will grow on international team level.
As for midfield, Fellaini is quite good but we lack real midfielders...
We have to much wingers Mertens, Chadli, Dembele...
And of course, Simons must retire now, he doesn't fit in such a young Belgian team.

I agree. Fellaini was good yesterday! Maybe the best Belgian on the field. Courtois should be n°1, Mignolet reserve.
And the team should train more together.
I'm not sure about Lukaku, though. It's hard to know how good he really is... |

Fellaini is a cult hero here at Everton and so he should be, the guy is just awesome |

We have good midfielders with Fellaini, Defour, Witsel,... but it was a strange tactic yesterday by Wilmots as Fellaini who is normally the most defensive of Witsel and Dembele to play almost as a n°10 behind the striker. There actually never was a real striker cause Mirallas, who is a good striker, played on the side. With Fellaini playing so high, Dembele had to play lower which is not his best and that's how the goal came as he lost the bal on his own half..

Lately Everton have played Fellaini as a supporting forward and he has been immense |

Not sure how Eden Hazard (elected best Ligue 1 player of the season, btw) will do at Chelsea :
tomwfootball
Romelu Lukaku: "Eden Hazard's English is catastrophic. I asked him: 'Are you happy with your transfer?' He said: 'I don't understand!' (TF1)

We have a good team. Mertens shouldn't play against the better teams though, he isn't good enough (yet). If Lukaku would have played more we would have been able to score yesterday. Fellaini is just so good and Dembele played really well apart from losing the ball for the 1-0
Pozzato sucks!

Belgians aren't that popular in England. A lot of people think that Hazard is a greedy kid who wants loads of cash and everyone takes the piss out of Fellaini's hair |

He scored 21 in Eredivisie
Seems like Dembele and Fellaini switche roles yesterday.
Fellaini should be defensive and Dembele attacking.

I meant with the clubs. Chelsea buying half the national team.
Kompany voted best player in England. |

Lol, Belgium simply have no good attack.
Their defenders are world class (except the backs, they play in unnatural positions for them).
Some of their midfielders are really good.
Their attack, well sorry. Not good enough, not very effective. Simply not good enough on international level. I know how Belgians talk up Lukaku, Dembele, Mirellas etc etc but they simply all come up short on the international platform.
The only thing the Dutch team would want from the Belgian team is their central defenders. That would make us complete. |

So?? Malki scored 25 lol. Dost scored 30. Kezman scored 34 when he was at PSV.
Scoring goals is easy in the eredivisie. It's no reference. Vleminckx even scored a shit load of goals at NEC |

I agree with you on the attacking part. We lack attackers. I'm Belgian and also not so convinced of Lukaku. But who knows, maybe he'll make it, still young isn't he. Of course, we have an advantage, that is that our team is quite young. De Bruyne might be another great player for the midfield/attacking midfield. But real attackers... still waiting |
