Young Rider names

Maybe one of you can help me again ... This time i have a little name problem with the young riders.

i added names for small countries in the local.cdb in both firstname and lastname.

Interesting that the last names work as intended, but for 7 countries the first names don't work ... every rider is called Abelardo which should only be a name for spanish riders.

The countries are:

Bulgaria
Brasil
Usbekistan
Costa Rica
Uruguay
Chile
Guatemala

Any idea where the problem could be?
