Hi , I don't know the right word but in Dutch it's "Trainingskamp"
So , I send all my climbers 3 times to a "Trainingskamp" , and now there are 14 guys in my team that got +80 at climbing , is this normal ? Its kinda cool anyway |

In English it's "Training Camp". Yes, they usually get very high stats after a training camp.
Personally I don't use them because the AI doesn't, it costs money and I feel it gives an unfair advantage. |

Just remember the stats will decrease after a while

The same as cactus-jack. Don't use a training camp, cause in my opinion it's a form of cheating, as the AI can't do it.

Besides, I think it gives a way to high boost. I mean, send Cav to enough camps before the TdF and he might get 70 in MO, or something. |

How long does the effect of training camps actually last? (approximately) |

I usually send all my riders to a pre-season training camp for just one week to get a bit of fitness in them before the start of the season. But during the season i don't bother i just let the riders do their own thing. |

As I can remember, TC long approximately 3 months. i don't use them too, just pre-season camps.
But I want to ask people too - do you use recreational (I don't remember how it called right) camps? Do they help anyway?

Recreational camps raise morale as far as I know, and I never read that it does not work. |

One thing that kinda annoys me; the e-mail you get telling you that your riders have arrived safely.
Well, duh! I don't expect to suddenly get a message saying "Unfortunately your entire team has crashed in the Andes". |

I think there should be 0.01% chance of that happening. It would be great |

Is it possible that they also reduce the fatigue of riders?
