In my opinion these questions doesn`t make much sense.
You always have to compare with other riders that are in your DB.
If Armstrong for example has 80 in mountains, then these riders must have lower stats there, too. If he has 84 in mountains, then you can also give them higher stats. (Just an example, not related to your stats)

You need some kind of stat matrix, where all stats suit to each others, so it`s not really usefull if you just ask for 2-3 riders, when nobody knows the stats of the other 500 rjders.

Well i think Armstrong in Montain 84 pantani 83 and Ullrich 82 in 2000..so the question is is this is a good balance?

Take Tony Martin stats as an example for both of them.

Jaja less TT, more downhill, more hills, more fighter, more resistance, more recovery and more sprint.

Olano is more or less the same as Martin. Better hills and better recovery (80+)
