Probably never. Almost impossible.

TTT always in first couple of stages --> full teams (no abandons)

Mountains almost always in second and third week.

And it would really suck. Seeing a team like Omegha Pharma this year, you would have seen VDB and Vanendert relaying at the front with two while guys like Sieberg and Greipel just trying to follow.

Criterium internation TTT one year where the time you finshed in was the time you got i think voigt and a team mate flew up the mountain and voigt won the race you will have to look it up.

It was the Tour Med I reckon (2004 ?), with a Mont Faron finish, but definitely not a Critérium International, which has always had a 2 stages + 1 ITT format.

The TDF had a TTT that was mostly flat with one mountain cat. 2 I believe. It was sometime in the late 80s.
