Scouting other teams and theirs riders

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 26-07-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Hi everybody, Is there the possibility to scout other teams and theirs riders to discover the potential of them during a season? You can use the editor, and have a look, but that is cheating. Otherwise, you can see how a riders stats are developing. Of course that is not precise, but it gives you an inidcation of his potential Ekspla-Cision Cycling Team HQ ROLF ER REN!
