Inserting jersey into game

Hi, probably a really stupid question, but one i need to ask.

How can i take this jersey (made by ANfreeman), and put it into a career i've already started with a different jersey?

Locate your team-name in C/Programs/Cyanide/PCM2011/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team.
Here your team is listed with its 3 initials, the 3 initials you see when you load a 3D race. Find your folder, replace the xxxxxxx_maillot with this one, and it'll show up ingame.

Note: If you've changed sponsor since the team was created, the folder name will be the name of the new sponsor with an x- infront. Atleast if you play with PCMdaily DB

Not sure if it's the same with custom teams, though.

Thanks, but i dont have the.tga files, all i was given is this image, anyway to convert it?
