I have seen some new teams like United Healthcare added to certain DB's and in every race I've been up against them, their riders couldn't even keep up on the flat, let alone hills. After two flat stages, every single rider in the team was +5 minutes behind, because none of them could keep up with the peloton in the last 25km. These are the riders with an average stat of 60 or lower.
So I'm wondering, have you ever started a career with such a team? If yes, is there really any point? Say your best sprinter has 62 in Sprint and you best climber 63 in mountains, that mean you can't even go for the green or polkadot jersey. What exactly can you hope for? |

Its way more fun to play as a shitty team. When you start as a bad team, there's way more planning into who will race where, because you always want a decent result, and its more fun, because your wins are much more rewarding. Its also fun to try and build the team up into a formidable team.
btw United Healthcare are good, they have Wegelius, Sutherland, Pinfold and a bunch of other guys, so you must have been lucky to have all their bad riders in one race.

I couldn't bare to be an absolutely shocking team unless it was my own custom team. At least then you've cherry-picked your own rubbish riders. |

valverde said everything...
Personally, i started a career with Amore&Vita and another one with Vorarlberg and these were the career where i had more fun. I don't see why i would take Leopard instead... you win everything on extreme. |

I must be really bad at the game, because even with a team like Leopard, I don't win everything on normal... |

I started on PCM10 two or three careers with Orbea Cont. and I only managed to win one stage and one KOM in low races.
It is a little bit frustrating since the objectives are almost impossible.
