With the move to Pro Cycling Manager 2011, it brings a very useful feature: the game automatically colours many of the accesories to match your team's jersey.
Only the thing is, its not completely automatic.
So, every team: PT/CT/D2 needs to tell me their team colour in the 6-digit format.
If you want it exact, you can use a program like Paint.net, open up your jersey, and take the very same colour - otherwise, theres various internet websites where you can find a code for a colour:
