So I decided to buy PCM 11, and I bought it, downloaded it and got to the bit where you're aupposed to type in your serial number, but I haven't had an email. The website says it's sent an email, but there's nothing.
This is very annoying. I am annoyed.
Can anybody help? If so, there's a bag of internet cookies waiting for you. |

It took a couple of hours for my purchase to go through (from Cyanide). They have to confirm your purchase before they send you the e-mail. |

I think Cyanide isn`t responsible for this.
You should write a mail to focus.
You could try it here:
Not sure if it is the right email but otherwise they might be able to give you the right one.
