Amateur Posts: 1 Joined: 02-10-2008 PCM$: 200.00	I just started playing PCM 11 and have gotten to april, but my scouts havent found a single rider yet. anyone have any idea as to why that is? 1 scout is international and the other is legendary

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	I guess it is random. I did sent one coach at the very beginning of the season and he only found 1 at the end of march. But in february I sent another scout and he found one almost immediately. But they will be better after they know the region.
