Signature and avatar not working

Whenever i try to upload an avatar, it wont show. I am sure it is correct format. Yesterday I tried to put a link in my signature, but that wont show neither.

What could be wrong?

Is there any spaces in the avatar file name?

Hmm...now it worked. Weird, as that is the same file I've had trouble with.

And also the signature....that's so freaking weird Pfft

Well, new question: If I want a link in my signature to look like Pellizotti2's for example, what are the tags I should put in?

I mean, if I want my signature to say "My ManGame team" and be a clickable link that takes me to the team HQ
