I like the minis.. but it may take too much time for the race reporters to put a mini-jersey to the riders in every report, i guess.

Yeah, I'd considered that, and it's a fair point. I suppose it differs from person to person, whether or not a reporter will be willing.
The main reason I came up with it is because, before joining the man-game, I followed some of the races. Often, when a reporter is listing riders in a breakaway, or leading group, for example, it was difficult to work out who was who. Just thought these might make it a little easier, though it of course depends on whether or not any reporters will use them.

Well it would certainly give the reports more realism, though I agree with tsmoha that it should be up to each reporter to use the shirts or not.

Certainly I am looking on improving the quality of my reports (hopefully as result of having less quantity of reports to do  ).
I would welcome a set of mini shirts to use for my reporting. I could easily set up a file with the jpegs ready to copy and paste in. Of course we don't want the filesizes to be too big, but I know what you mean about the identifying the riders.

Haha this is nice...
It should be VERY easy to implement in the PT though...
Make a image with all PT teams and insert in every race. Insert the CT teams invited to the image, and take out any PT team which might not be riding.
This could be very very interesting.
Unfortunately it will be almost impossible to make the jerseys individually in eg. riders attacking and such, which otherwise could be a very nice addition.
For the startscreen it should be possible though, and without too much effort in the PT.

It's a nice idea, but believe me it's not easy to put those into a report.
The easiest thing to do is to use them at the beginning of the report when the listing the favorites and to identify the breakaway riders. Then, when the big things start, I think we all know for which teams are the superstars riding

I would suggest:
Making from every jersey a "mini-maillot" like at the previous PCM games and make them a bit smaller (a bit not a lot) as I just can recognize the WWF team shirt

Well, what I considered doing was making all of the jerseys and hosting them individually, then providing the links to the reporters, either in this thread, similarly to the country flags, or in a text document, so it's easy to hand for them.
As for using the proper minimaillots, I had considered the minimaillots being more effective, but I was thinking about file size. Each of these will barely be a couple of KB. I doubt the minimaillot versions would be much bigger, mind.
@Smowz, if you're thinking about using them, I'll happily make the packs up, even if it is just you that uses them

I think it's a very nice idea. It would definitely improve the reports, both graphically and information-wise. It would depend on the reporters if they would have the time and patience to use them, but we could use them for a lot of other purposes like media talks, signs, etc.
