We've had a thread for PCM07, PCM08 and PCM09, and I thought we had one for PCM10, but I can't seem to find it, so I guess it was never created.

4th season
Most notable results are a win with Evans at Vuelta in the 3rd season. Interesting it was the fact that i managed to win it in the last stage to Madrid when because of the wind the peloton split and Contador was caught in the 2nd group. I put all my riders on the relay for 60 km i think i managed to get 3'30'' on Contador and securing the overall win by 16''.

This year i am hoping for my first ever TDF win. There is a 30km TTT and i brought riders like Porte and Phinney especially for this hoping i could gain some time on Contador. There are also 2 or 3 downhill finishes which suit Cadel pretty well.
Other important objectives are MSR (Boasson Hagen, Feillu), Ronde and Roubaix (Ballan, Burghardt) and Ardennes (Evans, Lofkvist, Dan Martin).

Well, i edited the birth year of all riders who have a potential of 6 or great to 1984. I like playing with real riders as much as possible. |

Managed to win the TDF in the last TT with Menchov, who also succeeded in Catalunya and Suisse. He led the team to a clear promotion with more than twice as much CQ points as the 3rd team.
Duarte and Kump developed really well and are able to compete for Top5 in a GT / in the cobbled classics this season.
Noticeable is the huge amount of scouted riders.
I was able to sign 8 great talents (potential min. 6, limits >76): 5 stage racers, a puncheur, a great fighter (limit Fl, Prl 85) and a Freire-like sprinter.
Some older riders have been released. while two riders were signed in the off-season: Lavery as an addition to the classics team and Plarre as a stage racer prospect.
I had the intention to make the team younger and to strenghten the Italian base of the team, which was successful.

Well I didn't control him 
Just 77 TT due to a fast development and good form, I guess.
I was surprised as well to see him staying in first place the whole TT
