Wage budget when signing rider's is my biggest failure on PCM10, after made into my second season with numerous teams, and had a rediculous minus wage budget.
I am Euskatel, and I have an option to sign Contador, I have signed 2 new young talents my scout has found in the Baque country, and renewed the contracts of a few riders I wanted to keep, including my Giro winner Anton.
It says my estimated wage budget will 267,000 euros.
Then it says maximun imposed wage bill of 524,000 euros.
If I sign Contador, I will be ok for next season, without having to edit my finances.
Ive won Paris Nice, Tour of Catalunya, Pais Vasco, 2nd in Tour of Romandie, won the Giro, won the Duaphine, 2nd in Tour de Suisse.
I should have a huge wage budget for next surely, still got goals to win TDF and Classica San Sebastian to achieve and expected to win La Veulta wil Anton.

The budget of the next year is purely based on the sponsor happiness. If the bar is totally full, you will get twice as much. If it is totally empty, you would get only half your actual budget. Or you would get the same money if the happiness is just in the middle.
Can anyone help med with my problem asswell? I cant sign any new riders, the problem is when i try to offer a new contract evertyhing i set to 0. Like the next years wagebudget is 0, my direktors has set 0 to the be the highest wage for this ryder.. I have no idea how to get more money in the editor, and i realy dont no why my budget is so low. Confused? Ohhh yeaaaeh
