raise maximum wage?

i have enough money to pay more wages but i can't because "the directors will not authorise your wage bill to go above 700.000 €"

in which table can i mod this?

You can't really mod this in the editor. Perhaps with ArtMoney or something like that.

There's a workaround, though. Either, you can lower the current riders' wages - or you can offer the rider you want to sign a minimum wage, then change it in DYN_contract_cyclist_offer

hm, lets say i lower the wage of Contador from 106.000 to maybe 10.000 - is there a negative effect maybe his morale drops or something?

thew AI is clever these days, he might not tell you he's unhappy but behind closed doors he might be crying getting depressed and watched his Friends boxset non-stop

man from 106.000 to 10.000 it's too much
my contador has 120.000 and i renew his contract at 100.000
and andy from 80.000 to 70.000,kreuziger from 70.000 to 60.000
what i mean to say it's you can reduce their salary but not too much
put the riders who don't want to renew cotract in many races,especialy in their favorite races,they will be happy
if they will not be happy,shoot them

You can edit their wage without making them unhappy, we're not talking about negotiating with the riders about giving them lower wage, but just hacking in to their brains and making them think that they still have a huge wage, while actually they're underpayed. Smile
