Pink squares instead of team shirts?

Hi
I've got some peoblems with the 2011 update DB. Instead of the team names and shirts being displayed on the screen in the careercentral there are big pink squares. Can anyone please help me out with this problem?

Search, and you will find. Install it to the correct folder.
