In a highly competitive selection process, it has been decided that this year, the World Championships will be held in Zagreb, Croatia - over a tough hilly route. Beating out other favourites Spa and Vancouver, while last year's runneup Wellington finished down in 10th - and the 3 flat options all cancelled each out, gaining similar levels of support, each unable to become a unaminous option amongst supporters of a flatter course.

Robert Kiserlovski and Matea Kvasina are shown testing out the course, and they will get a rare World Championships appearance with the host country being awarded a minimum 3 places - to satisfy the locals.
But what of the rest of the qualifications, well it mainly comes down to the Nations rankings. Italy have once again come out on top, but Spain have closed the gap compared to last year. The Top 10 has one change from last year, in terms of who is in it, with a Spilak-led Slovenia leapfrogging France, Britain and Australia into 10th.

Based on the best eligible riders
--
Now to decide which riders enter the race, it is up to you. As a manager you can nominate as many of your riders as you like - from just 1 of them to all of them - to be eligible to ride for their country in any of the 3 races (providing their Country is qualified of course). You can also nominate any Free Agents that you want involved.
You can also volunteer to become a selector for a country.
- To do this, you must have a rider in your team from that country
- Once the nominations are in, I PM the selectors for each and every country, they then make their team selections, and the most selected riders are those who get to ride
- The more selectors a country has, the better
So nominate away!

Note 1: The reserve spots are there, as if teams with a place do not have adequate riders selected, the reserves can step in
Note 2: As hosts, the best riders will ride for Croatia regardless of whether they are nominated or not

Would be awesome to see a Colombian team with Uran, Serpa and Duarte - the course is not really suited for them, but they will surely contribute with many attacks!

Just to clarify for future reference - you dont nominate a rider for a specific event, you just nominate a rider, and theyll be considered for all events that Nation is involved in
