Just wondering if it is possible to combine more than one database that people have created. I am currently using pcm daily's expansion patch (cos it is amazing Pfft) but i would like to have the british teams, like rapha and marshalls pasta, as well as some british races.

does anyone know if this is possible without corrupting things etc

If you can wait a couple of days, there's a PCM.daily DB coming with plenty of British teams and races.
