Same for me.
My guess is that Cyanide is trying to be smart by using some built in program that starts you off with default settings for each induvidual computer and yours doesn't cut the bill for its capabilities.
Is your computer just cutting that line of Minumum Requierments ? |

i think so. by even running 1 on every graphic setting the game runs slow. does anyone know how to disable the requirement stufff |

Well if it runs slow on 1's Motion Blur would kill your computer. Same with depth of Field.
My suggestion is don't worry about it. And just try to run the game to whats working now. |

i have some comparable "problems" i cant higher the shadows, isollated buildings quality and textures quality to more than "2", level of vegitation details and quality of terrain i can just higher to 3.. while the others are on 4.
how is that possible??? i think my system could handle higher details!

i do have it enabled!
otherwise i couldnt play with the detail levels im playing with now, but somehow the "+" turns grey and i cant higher them :S you can set them all to 4?
