Today I was working on calculating the budget for next season. It's not 100% done yet but I want to give out some information, regarding Goal Races and PR points. This is the budget bonus achieved in Goal Races:

Vittel kind of surprisingly on the top with scoring big in Volta ao Algarve, GP Luxembourg and Virginia Chrono Tour. Jeep had the most successful focus race by scoring 27,36% of all available points at the Volta a Portugal. Balkan Cycling Project follows with 25,91% scored at another CT GT Vuela a Colombia. Third successful is Vittel's Volta ao Algarve with 23,39%.
Most successful WT focus race was achieved by Bunzl at the Virignia Chrono Tour with 21,85%. CarbonSports follow closely behind with 21,53% scored at the Vuelta, which was also the most chosen focus race being selected by 6 teams.
Two teams completely failed a focus race by not scoring a single point there: Santos at Paris - Tours and Trek at Giro dell'Emilia.
Also Ripley helped me with going through the Teams and Statistics threads to count the PR points achieved by every team. This is the result:

I'm preety excited with my budget for next season, I'll need it badly with Martin declining badly..
Awesome to see the biggest budget from goal races, and that 7 could be a 10 if I'd put some more into the 2nd part of the season, but it's not bad..

Not sure how a ct team can outscore wt teams in terms of this, given that gts and wt races should be more prestitigous or do I understand something wrong about that? Alas, good budget bonus for liberty.

Well I'm also not exact on how it works, but my three main goals were:
Algarve - 1st and 2nd with Martin and Flakemore (1 stage win)
(WT) Virginia - 1st with Martin (1 stage win)
(WT) Luxembourg - 1st with Martin
So although CT team being the first doesn't make much sense, I won all my goal races, two of them being part of the WT (and the third race was dominated)

Luxembourg is not a WT race but other than that you are right. Vittel just did so extremely good in their focus races that them having chosen lesser rated races is outweight by their success.
As you might know the bonus depends on the percentage of points achieved in a race. Vittel had 23,39%, 19,89% and 19,95% in their races. CarbonSports did also good in their races (21,53% in Vuelta, 9,58% in Palm Classic and 10,30% at Tour), but still had much less of a percentage.
I think this is the first time a CT team has "won" this ranking, usually you are right that WT teams do better here provided they suceeded in their chosen races. |

Yeah our focus races were atrocious and my activity in the necessary areas seemingly wasn't that great either. But anyway it's good to see the season slowly starting.
