3 spots officially confirmed, so one left. This rider has to be Belgian. DB is almost done for the rest, pretty much just the final spot. Also, all managers can send their peak races now for the next season. No clear deadline on that, just make sure to do it as quickly as possible, preferably even before the team presentation. The newest applicant can include it in the response PM.
And finally, make sure to read all rules carefully.

Welcome to our team presentation for the 2014 season. We will introduce our riders one by one for this opportunity. We are very glad you've all come here to see our team.
We'll start with our leaders for this season. Our first rider we'd like to call forward is Peter Pal. In his last season for the team he'll hopefully once again prove his strength, before heading to hopefully our main team.
Next up is Joep Gouda. The climber already picked up several top-5s last season, and with another season of experience gained he'll hopefully pick up even more results this season.
Djaja Susanto will be our lead sprinter for the season. Having picked up one victory last season he'll definitely try to increase that amount. With no other sprinters ahead of him in the hierarchy this is surely not impossible.
Fatbardh Haxhi will be our man on the cobbles. His main result is a stage win in a .1 race already, but this season his focus will be more on cobbles, where he'll hopefully pick up at least some podiums.
Obviously, we can't have leaders only. For support we have many riders, including Ásgeirr Sílferberg. The Swede still has an empty victory count, but several top-10s, including the Chrono des Nations are on his palmares.
Jonas Ek is another good cobbler, and will probably be the main lieutenant for Fatbardh this season. His results haven't been great so far, but hopefully he'll pick up some as well.
Simon Holt will be Peter's main helper in the hills. As a lieutenant he already picked up two wins last year, and this year maybe even more.
Armin Berg-Hansen is the final of the luxury support riders. The young Norwegian can combine an excellent time trial with a good sprint, and should therefore be usual whenever there's flat tarmac.
Our final riders are still quite young, and all have less than a year experience at the team. First up is Matthew Clarkson. Our only Aussie will ride in support for Joep mainly, although some breaks aren't unlikely.
Kees Flodder is one of our punchy sprinters. He already set a top-10 result as a trainee last year, and will try to build on that.
Pieter Dubois also has some months experience with our team. He'll probably be too young to set good results, but some breaks are not unlikely for him.
The same goes for Floris Swings. Another Belgian sprinter, who should do the same thing, and help out the rest of the team.
That leaves us with the three latest signings.
First up is Sylvain Lipawsky. The Swiss climber is not the best yet, but will surely try to get some results on his own.
Milan Listerijn has a past in the cross, but has decided to make the switch to the road. The punchy sprinter is still quite young, but he'll hopefully pick up results later on this season.
And finally, we have Tony Kewe. A young Dutchman, born in the Bahamas. With a past on the MTB he should be a good puncher, who also can go downhill.
With these 15 riders our season will start. However, if a good signing shows up we may sign him during the season. (apps through PM, rest same procedure)
Spoiler Please do notify any errors in the stats, especially for the new riders.
And finally, it's time to present our new kit for this season.
Of course, we can't thank the great designer The Rider enough for this wonderful shirt.

I like the team presentation, I like the jersey, and I like the factor Djaja is now a team leader! I think it will be a challenge for him to get any good results, particularly on any terrain with gradients above 1%, considering his still quite low stats, but I look forward to seeing how things go this season. |

Great team preview. Really refreshing to start a new season, with many former domestiques moving up to lead.
The stats look fine to me, though Fatbardh should look to increase his cobble stat if he wants to be the out-right leader for Ecover.
Thanks for the kind words on the jersey, hope it fits in well with the team.

Will Pal be one to leave mid-way through the season?
Can the team get any big wildcards? (TDU?, De Panne?, who knows!) |

Excellent preview! Hoping Kees can get a breakthrough this year.
And if you're struggling for people, Johnnie doesn't mind a comeback after those ING losers got themselves relegated
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Really cool presentation, looking forward to the new season. Armin will obviously hope to be influential on the flat terrain and improve his TT results.
Also really like the jersey. |

@All: Thanks for the kind words
@Rider: TDU will be hard given we're still CT. De Panne would be nice, but I think I'll go with Belgie instead if possible.

Nice kit and great stats. Only minor thing is maybe his Rec is low but he is still young. Exactly how I wanted nonetheless, punchy sprinter with decent other stats, he's no nobody on cobbles and mon.
