Well EPIC has seen male riders, a female rider and, of course, Delfi Cervero. Now prepare yourself for .... Shilzicor Creolnilkua.
Name: Shilzicor Creolnilkua
Age: 19 earth years or 17,925,820,000 globeks
Nationality: KYRGYZSTAN (Where the spaceship landed)
Rider type: Gelatinous
Short Bio: Gelatinous
145/145 points spent
Flat: 70
Hill: 66
Mnt: 64
TT: 62
Prol: 68
Cob: 60
Spr: 70
Acc: 75
Desc: 60
End: 70
Res: 65
Fight: 68
Rec: 62
----------------------------
Look up and you will see me, Shilzicor Creolnilkua from Choralorafax in the Mulehead Galaxy. I am half whoosian and half human, something I only juuuuuuuuust figured out. Well, here it goes .....
You see when I was younger I always felt different compared to the other whoosians, no one ever said anything but I KNEW I was different. It wasn't until only 700,000 globeks ago that my whoosian mother told me whooooooooo my real father was. I was shocked and in disbelief, because she told me that my father was A HUMAN!
My response: "A Human? A Human? What the frakkkkkkkkkk is a human?" She then told me a story, the short of it is:
One day scouts of our species landed on planet Earth and abducted some of the native, simple, homo-sapiens, this happened around 20 of your Earth years ago. They took these abductees back to our home planet, Choralorafax, but five escaped! Four were eliminated with the ray guns, but one escaped. That was my father.
My mother woosian took this human into her care and trust and ...... heeeeeeee impregnated my mother woosian. It was too dangerous from him to stay on Choralorafax so my mother woosian, at great risk to herself, sent him back to Earth in one of our rockets. Around 900,000,000 globeks later I was born.
Not long after I set out to Earth, traversing the fabric of space and time through many a wormhole, to find my father!
It waaaaaaaaaaaas all going well .... until .... I crashed my spaceship in southern Kyrgyzstan.
I am still in Kyrgyzstan aaaaaand I have really mixed in with the locals, especially the Nogoyevs. It is here I have fell in love with cycling, which is not too different from Klobelhiken from my planet.
I have seen all of the best races on the TV: The Tour de Qinghai Lake, The Tour de France, The Tour of the Chosen and of course the Tour of Kyrgyzstan. My favourite rider: Eugene Wacker.
I have even entered a few races myself ...
I am joining EPIC toooooo cycle, but more than that I am joining EPIC to find my father.

It is EPIC alright! Hope it gives some people some laughs.
I feel it is a good dynamic to have a different coloured rider in the peloton, will be difficult for the reporters to miss!
knockout - He might, but Ollfardh would have to be a real sourpuss to scrap this one. |

Never Forget <3
Spoiler Name: Super-Rider Mysterion
Age: 23
Nationality: Italy
Rider type: Puncheur
Short Bio: Nicknamed also the Enigma, this guy is the real deal. Ever since the youth races, this guy has been a mystery to many though. He does not share his name, but simply refers to himself as the Super-Rider. This goes even so far that this is the name on the startlists. While many think that this is just some sort of marketing-gag to get more fans on Facebook, others truly believe in Mysterion’s fight against the evil and corrupt of cycling.
Being officially classified as a puncheur, his most stand-out feature shows itself when he rides downhill: His courage and excitement in the eye of the danger when he furiously descents can only be described as unique. This man is a master on the bike, a virtuous of taking corners and snatching wins right and left. A battle-machine in his own right, any pussy footballer will simply crumble under his strength. But more importantly it seems: This man is on a mission.
Often time’s riders in the peloton refer to this guy as some sort of loony toon. A crazy mind that shouldn’t be on the bike, but they forget about his skill. Reporters are not sure if Super-Rider Mysterion is in fact a superhero on the bike - or another supervillain, in the tradition of Lance Armstrong, designated by Hein Verbruggen and his puppet McQuaid themselves after they vowed revenge on the UCI. Only time will tell though what’s the true secret behind Super-Rider Mysterion.
Rumour has it that he is a genetic experiment conducted by Italian Cycling Foundation in order to make them the best cycling nation in the world again. Other stories, more of superstitious nature, say that he is the punishment for disgraced dopers and the solution from the evil of Doping in the world, that he is born into this world to avenge all those who were wronged in previous years by Dopers. Legends even conclude that he shares his blood-line with Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali. However, this are stories set out in the world and probably not true (although we wouldn't dismiss them!). But one can see Super-Rider Mysterion and his virtues in the peloton: He will help good-spirited riders that are in need, while he shows no emotion towards the most obvious dopers of the peloton.
However, despite all the rumours and stories not much is known about him. This guy from an alpine village in Northern Italy does not talk much and he does not share much, but he brings in the results. Like any real men of strenght he too has a weakness though: Superman has its kryptonite, Batman has Robin and Super-Rider Mysterion's weakness are cobblestones. But rest assured, in the capable hands of a worthy manager, together both of you will achieve great things.
….Because he is the rider your team deserves, but not the one it needs right now... No wait, that's not right, who would hire such a guy if you don't need him?
Because he is the rider your teams needs,
but not the one it deserves!

Hmm, I don't really like where this is going. I'm still in doubt about TMM's female rider, but this is a bit too much I think.

Isn't a female riding among males more unrealistic than an Alien?

It's hardly beyond reason to see a female competeing in the same events as males. Ok it is quite a number of years away irl, but it's just another way EPIC is better than the UCI.... or do we need a second revolution

Come on Ollfardh, females and aliens are pretty much the same. Just be boys and let this happen.

B*llsh*t!
Mysterion and Aliens have to be treated the same. A female is normal, as yet unheard of irl cycling, but the same as a f*cking alien!
This is not a trend you want to begin

Well, seeing as Ollfardh wants to keep original teams, I can understand he wants to stay realistic. But then again, look at all those custom rider backgrounds and those stat matrix: Are some of those 55er matrix guys more "realistic" (very wide definition) than a (probably very masculine looking) chick? If it was up to me, definitely let her race. And if NetApp wasn't full, I'd surely try to hire her too.
Not a fan of an alien in EPIC though either but I wouldn't lose sleep over it so I don't mind.

I personally wouldn't want an alien or a female racing in EPIC, because it lacks of realism. The stats have nothing to do with realism, just because you don't see them...during the race, he is just bad at some parts, and good at one or two....it's a very specialised rider...but a woman and an alien is just too far off, i think.
