Yes, he was reported to be off the back but just before the crash you can see him in 10th wheel or so with a leadout man and looking good. Must be gutting given the great chance he had today, while tomorrow is a sprint it's versus Cav so far less chance.

Has anyone noticed the shoes of Adam Blythe of BMC?

Cheng Ji (Argos) did not start today due to illness.

Phinney also had fever but decided to start anyways.

This stage doesn't really look interesting to me. Probably a Cav win. Wink

Too bad for Cheng Ji. Frown

Well, I guess a mass sprint too today, but maybe someone can beat Cavendish.

Bobridge showing something for the first time in like 2 years

He is in the break so 'showing something ' isn't really anything special

IIRC, he got dropped in last Sunday's TTT, to my amazement.

So the results I see must be wrong then with the time gaps and such...

He just took his time getting up off the floor and riding home then got the same time as he was affected by the crash.

Like I say watch the run in he is inside the top 10 on that last corner before the crash. He could have finished 206th and still got the same time if he stayed at the site of the crash long enough so long as the crash justifiably delayed him Smile

So if Cav doesn't win (he probably will but betting without the favourite and all that) I'll go for Bouhani.

Urgghh silly GT crashes starting lets all get to the finish cleanly please! No significant injuries yet as far as I can tell, thankfully.

Bike change for Wiggins, whole of Team Sky pretty much back there should be fine.
