You need to be clear whether the deal is a trade or a loan.
Do you want us to write wheter it's a trade or a loan in the post, or is it enough to post in the format of the examples?
Preferably just stick the word 'Loan' or 'Trade' at the top of the post. But it is not mandatory as the extra information required with a loan deal should make it fairly obvious.

when does an active bidding not count as an active bidding anymore? After the 48-hour mark has passed or after a transfer has been sealed?

The 48 hour mark regardless of whether it is locked or not.

the 48 hour mark. Sealing could take days to actually happen.

Hi,
I know this is somewhat nicely written in the rules, but i am a bit lost in all the rules, caps and other transfer stress, s oi will better ask:
If i will send my level1 rider to the CT on loan and pay all his wages (50,000), the money that the other team will pay me as the fee (also 50,000), will go from his balance or a 500,000 loan cap?
And these 50k that i will be paid goes to my loan cap (full now), or to my balance?
Thanks for answer...

The 50k he pays will go from his balance
You will loose 50k in wage cap. Your balance will not move in this scenario but you will get 50k more available in your wage cap.

I think you answer is wrong.
What is the purpose of the loan cap then, when the minimal fee comes from his balance, not the loan cap?
Also i will be paying the wage, so my wage cap will not be lowered right?

Ah I read wrong. sorry. Everything I wrote then is wrong
The loan cap is what you save on loans. So when he loans someone and not pay his wage what he saves is taken from the loan cap (this case 50k)
You will be paying the wage, so your wage cap will be lowered yes
The loan "fee" comes from the balance indeed
Sorry, I go back and forth from studies ;-)

The fee goes to your balance and comes from his. The loan cap is not 'extra' money, it is the amount of wages that you are allowed to have paid by other teams cumulatively. The purpose is to limit the number of strong riders being loaned out in a deal that could bring benefits to one side but not the other.

Ahh, still not completly clear for me (especially with my transfer file), but thanks for the answers.
Here is hypothetical situation:
Tony Rider (lvl1) is on 50k wage and goes from Team Freaking-killers (balance left 100k) to the Team Hot-Chicks (balance left 100k.)
His former Team Freaking-killers decided to pay all of his 50k wages and Team Hot-Chicks zero of his wages. So as you say, the minimal 50k loan fee goes from Team Hot-Chicks balance (100k-50k=50k now) to the Team Freaking-killers balance(100k+50k=150k)?
What happens to loan cap? Both teams had full 500k loan cap.
Sorry for being so dumb, but the rules about loans are so clear to me like Maze of Knossos.

Correct

Team Freaking-killers stays at 500k and Team Hot-Chicks goes down to 450k because they are not paying 50k in wages.

I imagine this one will have to be clarified next year again, don't worry.

A Classic takes 2 days of your total max day thing. Would it give you 1 days of training (the race itself) or 2 days (like it actually costs you)?

It will give you 2 "training" days as well.
So it`S easy to just multiply the race days and the training factor to know how much he will improve.

One more question from a bit dumb manager, just to be sure.
Does the riders get their XPs in the end of the season and not during it?
What i want to know is , if lvl1 rider gets the max XPs from C2 races all year, when in fact he reached lvl2 before the half of the season in some cases.

At the end.
So even when he makes the jump from level 1 to level 3, you won`t get the stat increase during the season but 2 level increases afterwards.
