Was my first guess, but I thought he "doesn't look that Russian". Xavier Florencio?

Right.
He was Hungarian and became French in 2009.
He was close to win both iTT championships (Got the Hungary one and finished 3rd on the French one). |

He's not Colombian, and it's not GVA. The rider is currently active in the PRT division.

Neither. He did manage to get a top-10 at Roubaix though.

Gonna think outside the box and say Bas Tietema. |

We're talking senior roubaix?
He looks like a young guy in an iconic BMC shirt which I think is main team. But only one I can think of riding for BMC if it's not van Avermaet is Alessandro Ballan...

It is indeed Bas Tietema, who finished on the podium of Paris - Roubaix espoirs some years ago
Very interesting story, as he was a talented rider, but a skin allergy put an end to his career. around 2017/2018 iirc He then became a youtuber (Tour de Tietema) and was quite popular in The Netherlands and Belgium, and as of February he got a contract at Belgian PRT team Bingoal-Pauwels. He just finished his first race, the Tour of Antalya. Although signing him might have mostly been a marketing stunt, it will be interesting to see whether he is able to grow to a certain level on the cobbles/sprints. (He is from 1995, btw)

You actually had me looking at Paris-Roubaix top-10s from the past decade and since I couldn't find an exact match, I thought about the Espoirs race. When I saw Tietema's name (riding for BMC Development Team) I made the connection to the clue and his return to cycling so I went for it.

Who's this guy? |

I'd like to say Alexander Krieger, but I feel like I'm wrong again

Not been very active here, but I'm pretty sure that's Mauro Schmid.
