Frank Schleck and Ricardo Zoidl extend their contracts with Trek for another 2 years.
Orica is also negotating an improved deals for Yates twins, the extension would add one year to current contracts, meaning they would be with Orica till end of 2016 season.

Cardoso extends with Garmin to the end of 2016. Very capable and consistent climber, good to have him onboard. |

Would be a big mistake to go to MTN imo. Too many sprinters already there. |

I know . It really would be. He'd have a much worse role than at most WT teams. I'm sure there are some other PCT teams that he would have better options on.

United HealthCare would be a good team for him. (if they keep sponsoring? no idea tbh)
American team and even Förster is getting many chances there. |

De la Cruz is nice signing indeed, kinda interesting additions to the squad this year, but I can't really get Sabatini, wtf? Anyway, I hope OPQS will sign König (you know, Czech owner and so on...), thus stripping Kwiato of leadership in GT and letting him to focus on classics/stage hunt.
Die hard fan of Tom Boonen and Quickstep since 2004.

Question about Omega will also be if Urán decides to try the TdF, cause theoretically it should be the GT that would suit him best. If there is a route like 2012, he should definitely go for it. On the other hand, this Giro-Vuelta is better as he lacks the elite talent of Contador, Quintana and Nibali and would have problems cracking the top-5.
Note how I am not including Froome there. |

A team change yes. MTN? No. Not with the roster they have lined up and a limited target schedule.

No word on Andy Schleck yet. I think he will eventually ride for Trek but with hugely reduced paycut. Frank Schleck on other hand has proved his credibility by finishing 11th at TdF and would have been higher if not for 8 min lost on cobbles.
That leaves Trek with Schleck/s, Mollema, Zubeldia, Zoidl and Arredondo. |

Greipel with something like 13 wins this season (also is only 4 places lower than Farrar on the WT rankings), Viviani has 5 while Farrar has 0
He is a sprinter who is being paid to win and just hasn't been delivering, Garmin don't need the points so why would they keep him? 8 seasons in the same set-up clearly isn't working for Farrar anymore so from all accounts this is best for both parties. He should of gone last season to work out what type of rider he wants to be, Garmin did the right thing here

Team Roompot-orange announces Ivar Slik and Sjoerd van Ginneken while they're very close to Michel, Wesley and Raymond Kreder.
In the while they're dealing with Tjallingi, Lammertink and Vermeltfoort
And not sure if already mentioned, but Bos' deal was made official by Qhubeka.
Danilo Wyss extended his contract with BMC.

Of course you could always just have him and not pay him like a sprinter that wins.

Somehow I can't see him accepting that.

He'll just get that and a reduced role at MTN.

Doubt that! If MTN end up adding Goss and Farrar then it will be a nice mess, they most likely would try out different combinations and whoever shows the form gets to be number 1 sprinter. MTN should have a expanded calendar next season and I'd be surprised if they don't get invites to 2 GT's. Bos has shown he doesn't handle 3 week races, EBH isn't a sprinter so he gets a free role, then it's upto the others to show who goes as sprint leader to a GT. this is all based on them signing Farrar and Goss but I say differently one of them will be at MTN next season, not sure MTN have gone down the right path with there signings but guess they are getting guys who have performed on the cheap.

I've got a feeling that Gavin Mannion will join Team Cannondale for next year. Maybe that's just my wishful thinking, but...
...Garmin is adding his profile on their official website. But they didn't do it in recent years with their other trainees. They also didn't add Girdlestone's profile, their another trainee from this year.
About Farrar, I still think he could be an asset for his current team, but we don't know details. Maybe the other team has outbidden them. Maybe not. Maybe he wanted to change the environment, or maybe Vaughters preferred to use his spot for other rider. He didn't have that many of them after getting guys like Marangoni, Koren or Bettiol together with the Cannondale deal.
He is still 2nd best Garmin's rider in PCS ranking, ahead of Slagter, Hesjedal, Talansky, and Navardauskas. His contribution to the team is kinda underrated. But the focus is the team is on GC now, so that sees guys like Farrar not being kept at all costs. |
