Don't blame the goalkeeper, blame the coach.
You just don't bring a keeper to the WC who has not learned to catch a ball. |

Igor Akinfeev is one great goalkeeper, Lachi. These sitautions will always happen (to every goalie) and they're mainly due to a moment of low focus on a game or just huge pressure & expectations.
Of course everyone will blame him now, but what can he do about it? Shit happens.

We all remember what Oliver Kahn was doing from point to point in his career. Was he shite goalkeeper? Nope...one of the best that game ever had. Same with Peter Cech and majority of great goalkeepers, shit happens...

Not surprised. If Silva had Spain 2 - 0 Holland would not have made that come back. Holland is average, unless Robben and RVP do magic all tournament they won't go far.
Robben is amazing though.

Australia's not bad at all, though. They were unlucky against Chile. |

Akinfeev has been prone to errors during his whole career, brilliant keeper on his day, but he has alot of off days. |
