What do you mean with another central Asian team? Is there some team I don't know about or has Central Asia moved?

@Dippo: I knew you meant Astana, that was not the point. But I thought you wouldn't call that central Asia as the country is even partially in Europe. But I looked it up and I have to admit you were right. My bad.

Also getting 80 in stats is not the best idea, in this point system you will have to balance out the point's so say you have a stage racer, that can't race the Prologue's is really not good, would aim for 77/78 in the key stats, and should give you some extra points for the support stats.
What I did, was that I looked at the stats of a real rider, where I counted the points used and now I made my version of the rider with lowered stats, so say the real rider had 100 points more than allowed, I would say 100 / with the amount of stats you want to lower, and see how many points you could take off in average 
This is what I did with Dylan Koemans , as I did this and compared him from Fabian Cancellara's stats, where those above 80 was just counted as 80

too lazy to actually do the math to check for sure but are you aware that every point over 70 cost extra points
All stats start at 55. Depending on your rider’s age, you will get more points. Each stat up to 70 can be used one a 1:1 ratio. For going from 70 to 71 and onwards, you’ll need to spend 2 points to increase a stat by one. To go from 75 tot 76 and up, it will be a 4:1 ratio. To avoid people ignoring stats, you cannot have more then 2 stats below 60. You also cannot have stats above 80.

Yes I am, but i just think i did the math wrong and forgot to count the res stat and a few other things...hope it works now

Grawunder is still 4 points over, other two are fine now.
I'm with The Hoeke. Seems like very, very weird rider stats, but it's within the rules so it should be fine I guess.
