Just to make it clear. Even though my balance goes below zero (minus, turns red) I don't have to care about it as long as I have enough salary cap remaining to cover the minus? |

Your balance needs to be no lower than 0 by the end of the transfers.
Can you PM me a few more details though, your post doesnt fully make sense to me

Only if you include the training funds in the transfer fee and specify that they must be used to train Maksimov.

As the thread says - you write [Deal] in the title.
That way it is obvious to everyone which riders are involved a confirmed deal - as opposed to just negotiations, or attempts to sell a rider.
