Purito's run of podium is over. Hopefully he concentrates on Giro/Vuelta next year. With a long TT, TdF is difficult for him. |

Congratz to Elissonde, great fight. Might have been closer if Tiralongo didn't fall back but alas a great win by him.
Not to happy with Horner. Nibali had great attacks, would have been great if he won. My family started cheering for Horner, not surprising as my father always cheers for the biggest frauds.

I don't really care how doped he is, that is very impressive...
You mean it's very doped.
Drugs have a huge effect, Heras in the EPO days was 2 minutes faster. An average pro on EPO has a huge advantage.
Contador realized this time during his best years too ... |

Many people have soft corner for Horner because he is old. What they don't know in cycling older you are and better you are, more you have doped.
Noting against oldies. |

Well. This Vuelta was a perfect example of the farce that is "clean" cycling
Next year I won't bother following the Vuelta, I have better things to do in the afternoon, such as take a nice nap, read the paper, stare into the ceiling... |

Horner 38 secs faster than Heras in 2002; and 40 secs faster than Cobo in 2011; so Nibali also suspicious times.

I hate Horner so much. During the Tour, I thought it was impossible to find a more disturbing GT winner than Froome, or that it would at least take many years before someone would emerge. Turns out, it took 2 months.
Also, spotted this when reading through the recent comments. I hope you were kidding here, admir.

This is almost exactly as Andy Schleck vs Alberto Contador on Col du Tourmalet , Tour de France 2011. Doper vs clean guy

So, when do we know which riders have no contract for 2015 so we can find possible Vuelta 2014 winners? |

Nibali is also very suspicious imo. Today's stage from him was also ludacris, he suffered and then the next day he attacked 15 times. Remembered me a little bit of Riccò attacking like a mad men. |

Nobody is claiming anything else. What Horner does is just insanely stupid compared to Nibali, Valverda and Rodriguez. |

It's actually funny that my dad even complained that I hate old people (although I worked in a retirement center for 1 year).
