Doesn't he mean, to have won all 3 white jerseys rather than go to all 3 |

Ah, a breakaway that got out-of-hand, bit of a cliché
I'm curious for your team though, care to show it?

I think one of the time trials is a team time trial isn't it? But still, i would not take Quintana to all 3 tours. Especially when he's going for the GC in one of them. You could take Quintana to the giro and make him assist Valverde in the tour and maybe go for a stage win from a breakaway or something. 3 tours.. That's 63 racing days without any races to build up some form. That's A LOT
Hi yes that is what im doing and no what i meant was reason Quintana is doing Giro is so he will hold all 3 u25 jerseys from the 3 GT's. And know their all ITT lol, so im thinking about taking Quintana to Giro on not the best shape(should still do very well) and he and Valverde do the TDF in great shape. I have LLS for the classics only 76 in hills but should get top 10's. So that leaves Costa who will support in the TDF and ride La Vuelta on his own. What i need todo is use 1 rider instead of trying to keep 2 for GC as high as psossible becuase in La Vuelta Valverde and Quintana came 2nd and 3rd, but in final week when Valverde was safe for 3rd i used him to pace Quintana for ages so Quintana was fresh and Quintana won the Alto d Naranco stage(think i spelt it right and Angliru. So it makes me wonder if i done it in week 2 Quintana would have won. Thing is Valverde is 2 below Quintana in mountain, so do you think i should really have him working for Quintana instead even though i wanted to win TDF in WC jersey? Sorry for long reply. |

Depending on what you want to do, it can be pulled off.
The start of the tours is not so demanding, so you could get away with no rhythm and build it up. You'll need to have team mates ready to assist Quintana especially very early days. Also, you can't build his fitness too high, but I think you can get away with fitness 2 if you have help. It will be down to a bit of luck also, but can definitely be done.
Back in PCM10 I made the treble with Sagan (he was 78 or 79 MO, a bit too high, but I didn't touch the DB). I had the finest selection of climbing help. About 10 top climbers. I burnt them all helping him. One set for the Giro, another set for the Vuelta and a mix for the Tour. Giro was OK, tour was terribly easy (even tough I won with less than a minute), the Vuelta was very tough and I cheated a bit by making Sagan's second man loose time to let him win... but I let him win the Giro and Vuela the next year.
But... I took Joseph Dombrowski to the Giro with average rhythm and I found it a bit tough to start off with, even tough I creamed them all the end.

Im going to take Quintana to the TDF after the Giro, Quintan will then ride in Poland and that will probz be him done, but ive decied to try defend Valverde's WC so TDF/Vuelta for Valverde and then WC. im going to keep Costa for La Vuelta as he is 78/79 so he will be a god back up plan. then in 2015 Its going to be goodbye to Quintana as he will be 2 good. Valverde will also decline soon so i will try get JVdB or something. |

My first career with the new expansion pack will probably be either a Drapac or OGE save. Really looking forward to finally playing the game good and proper. |

What's going to be your first choice guys? I mean with the Expansion Pack and all those fixtures I'm sure that almost the WT teams gonna be enjoyable to play. I'm between so much of them. OPQS, Movistar, Sky, Saxo-Tinkoff, Astana, etc. It will be "hard" to choose ahah. |

I'll probably go with IAM Cycling, and make it the new Sky

@Atlanta
There's a random factor as well, that affects development a lot.
It ranges from 1 to 5, and in the case of Chernetskiy, it's for sure 5.
On the other hand, there are also a lot of guys in your team with 1-2, who barely develop, probably.
The effects of that table(forgot the name) are a bit big. I believe Kentaurus found a way to chance them(lower the effect).
@jnz
I'm going to find a nice low CT team to build up to WT.
Or maybe I'm going to make a team as well, with one of all these new sponsors The DB adds

I can´t find the answer, so i ask you.
What is the best level to play PCM ?
Normal : you often win ; difficult : it´s hard to win, even your cyclist is a champion.
So, you can play normal for WT races and difficult for the others.
Do you think it´s a good solution ? |

Well I play on hard, but I don't find it too hard really.
If I play with a team like Sky, I win a lot.
If I play with a team like Jo Piels (for example), it's a lot harder to win.
But that just seems no more than realistic to me
If you find Hard too hard, you can always change the difficulty factor.
But you should give hard a try, it will be hard in the beginning, but you will get better and better results as time goes by.

It all depends on how good you are!
Just make it as hard for yourself as you want
You should really challenge yourself, if you start winning a lot, you should move one up, in my opinion.
I play on hard(3th of 4 difficulties). I guess hard is what you mean by difficult?

I'm not going to use the new expansion pack for now. I started my career and I like to go for the long run and I don't really care that much about the riders I have, as long as they are good. You can make your own gods out of newly generated riders. Im PCM10 I had some massive ones... Alex Stevens (british tour rider) won quite a bit of races.
Even though in PCM10 I never manages new riders as good as "real" ones and I scouted an trained. My team was all newly riders by the time I was done with the game.

You can change the coef of the difficulty to lower it I think it's in local cdb but I don't know where
By defult it's 1,15 in difficult and 1 in normal
