That is BS. No matter what happened they stretched the lead a lot far after the descent aand jus because the teams tha lost out complain it shouldnt change.

Yes, of course he would have won. Although not by that margin. I doubt anyone will claim that Hesjedal is the 2nd best climber in this race - and he only lost 7 secs.
