Its winter!!! Of course its cold, now can we move on?
Heres an atempt at a new topic: The Oscars are tomorrow
Don't get me started on Oscars, what a total male-cow-residue!
At least the winner is deserved.

Tomorrow, I'll be travelling for the third time in two months, this time going to Bruxelles for two days (to visit the EU Parliament). I don't have much free time, but is there anything that one absolutely must see/do? Any good restaurants or bars?

'Manneken Pis' is quite cool!

No, Manneken Pis is a bitter disappointment, believe me
I'd say just take a walk in Bruxelles, the area around Central Station is quite nice! |

So while people from Paris would mention the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc d'Triomphe, people from London would mention Big Ben, Buckingham etc., people from Bruxelles/Belgium mention a statue of a little boy peeing. That's just as silly as the Little Mermaid |

Let me put it this way: Brussels is all about business, not fancy tourism If you'll be around the EU parliament, I guess you've seen one of the nicest things around
I could say the atomium, though. It's quite nice. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomium |

It's awesome! A real hero to all soccer fans who take a piss in someone's frontyard after the game!

I'd also say that. I remember the pictures of a Cycling book of the year, probably 1992, with a break of four, including LeMond, Jalabert, Chiapucci and Sørensen (?) riding right under the atomium.
They made it to the end, with Jalabert outsprinting the others, with a 1'22" gap. Yes, big names had the balls to attack in flat stages back then. |

Then they had one, and after that none. Shit happens. Meh... |

The cutbacks. They had had balls beyond their means, clearly.

With great balls comes great responsibility.

That stage had a lot of cobbles and it was raining hard as hell.
Just saying.

The shower's busted, only ice-cold water... In this weather, I tell you, it's a major bummer! |
