Who has room for a top3 - top5 GC contender like Nibali, and also economy. I doubt Lampre would have the economy for him, unless he ofc. is willing to go down in salary.

Etixx would have been a great place for him(due to Specialized) but sadly they're already up to 30 riders.

Nah, every serious GC-rider should stay out of Etixx-Lidl

Praying for this move to happen now. I have missed the Scarponi, Cunego and Simoni's of the world for a bit of time on Lampre now.

Looking at Lampre it's amazing that they have managed to stay around for so long considering the last few seasons have been a flop, I must admit the idea of a genuine Italian GC threat on that squad again would be pretty cool

I really hope Nibbles to Lampre happens purely because I wanna see a proper italian champ jersey. The only problem is the Specialized deal because Nibbles is one of their main riders so he may still end up at Quickstep if Specialized decides to pay his wages.

He will not end up at Etixx. They already have a full roster.

Fun fact: Merida Bikes owns 49% of Specialized.

That changes a lot. Lampre move seems very likely now.

he'll stay at Astana. Not sure why this speculation started

PCS says 29 and Kittel isn't on their list yet, so 30.

I agree he is going nowhere and this rumour does seem to have come from nothing, I think he moves on after 2016 but not this time around

Glad to see he'll still be racing, and it will be cool to see what he can do in a leadership role.

Wilier
Oomen to Giant - Alpecin.

Also Tosatto (41) will ride another season for Tinkoff.

Coupon damage Nibali for 2016 Astana. While for 2017 it comes to a new Italian team, the BMC, the Etixx-Lidl and Lampre ....

He'll be 37 in March next year so going home to race makes sense, also Optum gets invites to ToC, Utah, USPCC and the Canadian Classics

Is Ten Dam (TEN DAM!!) confirmed? If so, that would actually be a super signing for Giant. He badly needs a guy in the mountains if he is going on the patch already next year which I expect and he being dutch is obviously also of importance.

Well it looks like Dumoulin will have to find his support elsewhere because there is a rumour Ten Dam has signed for a U.S based team which would go with what he said he wanted to do.

If they can get a TdF wildcard, Froome has a big problem!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
