Any special reason I didn't get my first choice Lagutin in round 16?
As far as I can see he hasn't been drafted and should be eligible in the non-restricted round?

Large restriction in place. Average 69 and under. Only one stat 70 and over. Now we will see who the clever managers are.
Results:
Globant-Telefe -----> Miguel Ubeto
Naturally a fair few invalid riders, which for this round i did not punish.
Fair few popular riders of course.
Not much to say really.
Ubeto is 70 AVG, not 69-
EDIT: Fastweb -------------> Andre Steensen
Also 70 AVG

Again thanks for the lists everyone.
Pinktay, dev4ever, ste_18, francopell, maxime, ollfardh, jakstar, sutty, niellster, ssj2 and daggen still need to send lists.
Still got plenty of time though.
Also as some slight for warning. Rounds 19,20 and 21 will be done as a triple. As will 22,23,24 and 25,26,27.
I'm hoping to do something special for round which i hope to be Friday but might be Saturday.

Allianz-BMW --------> Preben Van Hecke
Barrys Maple Leaf --> Christophe Riblon
ING-InBev ----------> Samuel Dumoulin
Team Haier ---------> Cayetano Sarmiento
Pure Black ---------> Tom Zirbel
Malori was very popular, as was Vandebergh and Belletti.
4 rule breakers, and 3 of them were over riders who have been discussed in thread.
TCS get the Sponsor List Award
You know what this is by now.
Results:
Pure Black-Genesys -----> Simon Clarke

Without a doubt the Sponsor List Award winner for this round is Pervyj.
Rounds 19, 20 and 21 will be done as a triple!
No restrictions
24 hrs etc.
Go.
