It's so good to be back!
A flat stage, but there are some hills in the middle of it, will be tough for the pure sprinters.
A 7-men BotD leading the way right from the start, the biggest star in there is BMC's Thor Hushovd, who got into the break because of his inavailability to contest the biggest names so far.
The peloton was taking it calm, no big actions, just steady pace by the sprinter-orientated GreenEdge. They were relaying hard the whole day, and with about 10 kilometers to go, they managed to catch the pursuivants.
After the catch, GreenEdge organised a train for Goss, and the pack was suddenly down to 72 riders, as the final hills proved to be too demanding for some riders under the high pace by the australian team. As the sprint started the pack got a bit string, and there were some blocking too. Our own Puskaric was also blocked, but he was just about to find his way back to the top.
Heading to the last kilometer, early-starters Favili and Feillu were infront of the others, the other fast sprinters like Sagan or Goss were a bit behind and couldn't challenge the guys at the front. Our croatian was at around the 20th place, but he was trying to get forward. At the front Feillu overtook Favili easily, ...
... and took the stage with a comfortable lead, ahead of Froome and Boonen! Great win for the brave Frenchman! The main favourites were nowhere to be seen, after the hard pace on the hills! (Sagan?! ) Puskaric took the 11th, not a bad one for him.

@francopell - Yeah, we must try something in the mountains.
@Ian Butler - Sutty deserves it!
A flatter profile than yesterday's, although some hills feature in the route, and the finish is also uphill. It'll be interesting, that's for sure.
7-men break today too, the main differency is that finally, we have a rider in it! Andrzej Piasecki was the one from our to team to get into it, however he wasn't the biggest name though. Gasparotto was the main guy, he was the focal point of the BotD.
Desoite their efforts, it was quickly made sure that they won't make it all the way, and they got caught after some great effort by Lampre and GreenEdge. All the main favourites, (Cavendish, Goss, Sagan) were placed well at the front, and our croatian was in the action too, because of the uphill finish.
Turning on the jets in the last kilometer, LLS and Bennati are in the lead, but they're fading a lot. The main favs are coming from behind, and Puskaric is also looking good coming fromt the left hand side.
But it's none of the fore-runners, it's Peter Sagan taking it! That's his 2nd stage in this Tour de Suisse! Yesterday's winner Feillu takes the 2nd, while Orica's Goss gets 3rd. The best spider is of course Puskaric, who takes a magnificent 8th!

He's moving up!
It's always nice to have someone in the breakaway, takes stress of your shoulders |

Indeed, but SpiderTech is not using this weapon too often, as we agreed with our sponsors, that we're showing our colours at the front of the pack, not in the break. |

@sutty, Ian Butler - It'd great to have the winner onboard!
btw. I don't think that we're that much Sky-like, but tell me if you think so.
@Bendzsi - Thanks, the key stages are coming! |

@Ian Butler -
34.5 kilometers, it starts lumpy, but the last part is quite flat. However, the pure TTers might suffer a bit, the great hilly riders are surely going to take some time back on the hills.
The first out of the favourites is former WC, Fabian Cancellara, who is far back in the General Classification, he can ride all-out today. He completes the course in 52'14, blew the current leading time away with more than a minute!
The most important Spider today was Kristjan Puskaric, and he was set and ready to give his best to improve his GC position. Well, he didn't do too great, but it wasn't bad at all either, 33 seconds down on Cancellara.
Spartacus beated 55 people straight, that started after him, but not Tony Martin. The German WCITT Champion beated the swissman's time with more than a minute! What a ride for the german machine!
After the great time by Martin, it was only Froome that was a real challenger of the WCITT champion, but despite coming close, he didn't managed to do it, he was 28 seconds short. He took the 2nd place tough.
Only the leader was on the road after Gesink, and Cunego was limiting his losses quite well, being only short of 1'52 on Martin, which is good considering his TT ability. He loses the leader's jersey though, and hands it over to Froome, who'll be wearing it on tomorrow's mountain stage.
