Champion Systems with a great improvement in the team ranking!
You expected something else?
No, seriously, I'm kinda glad with our situation as we'll hopefully be the best CT team and 18th is very good. With that big gap to the WT teams (sorry for Vacansoleil), I'll have nothing to be sad about not making the cut. Next year we'll move up for sure!
I am official not amused
Oh come on, Europcar is already WT in my mind
And how the f*ck could Kakhi finish inside the peloton in 18th? You were supposed to get to the front not to drop back, moron
Friedemann dropped down the GC in USAPCC. At least we still got KoM
Funnily enough, Kakhi was in the De Clerq group, but got dropped from that with Sithembile and Bongirono, but they dropped Kakhi, who went and finished with the peloton.

Well, based on the current rate Poland won't be finished for 4 weeks ......... so go ahead!
- Just one stage win RadioShack, just one tis all I ask. |

Yeah probably right bout' that Won't spoil anything, but if you get a pm with an interview from me, chances are high that you've won a stage Can say that Radioshack have finished with 3 riders in top 10 in at least 2 stages though

A late September stage up in Scotland may hardly seem the most inviting prospect for a peloton used to extremely hot days riding on the continent, but the likely cold weather is compensated for by the gorgeous rural scenery of the Southern Uplands
Beginning in Peebles, the route takes the riders south until they reach the English border, from where they bend westwards, travelling through the former stage finish town of Dumfries before reaching Drumlanrig Castle.
The finish in Drumlanrig promises to be a grand spectacle. The seventeenth-century castle possesses an unusual pink colour due to the sandstone it was built with, and is situated in the beautiful Queensberry Estate. Any art connoisseurs in the peloton can pop in to see its collection of paintings, which features a Rembrandt among others.
City Spotlight #1
Thornhill
Thornhill is a town in the Mid Nithsdale area of Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, south of Sanquhar and north of Dumfries.
The town is near Drumlanrig Castle, a 17th-century turreted mansion once the ancient Douglas stronghold, now home to the Duke of Buccleuch and Queensberry.
The most recently published Census data from 2001 puts the population at 1,512 inhabitants.

Hanzen looked formidable there, he could take a hat full of victories which is ominous for us...
If we can't take a win after a 3,4,5 on stage 1 then ... SCREW IT! Would have been nice if the team were a bit more together on that finish, looked a bit like every man for himself. Zubeldia must be peeved he is leaving us at the end of the season.
Great report style anyhow. |

Can't promise anything
Glad you like the report, this was just an experiment as the 2nd stage will focus more around the stage and not other unimportant stuff

My sprinters did well. 27th is the best, which is only 2 places above Nishizono of all people (no offence intended)

It will never be as bad as reporting a NC though |

With the 2nd stage, Tour of Britain will really begin to start going uphill, so with that follows some previews of the climbs, Enjoy!
Buttermere / High Crag
Is one of the hardest climbs on the route and in Britain in general, the highest point is at 744 meters and the roadside the riders are going up on is at 15 % average with the start of the climb being 21 % steep. Even though it's a short climb of 4 km's the tempo shifts every minute and is on a technical level of a Mountain from a Grand Tour.
Honister Pass
Honister pass is a pass, which goes through the mountain range of the same name. With 100 km's to go of the stage it starts, and it is a fine example of the hardiness of the Tour of Britain. When you enter the pass you will find small climbs with around 25 % and the terrain goes up and down for the next 60 kilometers.
The pass can be compared with Liege - Bastogne - Liege's last 100 kilometres and the only difference is that here the terrain is a lot worse and the British Autumn will perhaps add some harsh wind, which will be most determinating for the outcome of the stage. So in short this stage is a mini version of LBL with higher Climb percents, but smaller climbs.

Hey
Could someone help me for a sec ? Whenever I play the 4th stage of ToB the stage crashes, so wonder if anyone could send their files of the stage to me, so I can see if theres something wrong with that.
Worst case scenario is that I will have to simulate the stage :/
